Sichuan Xidian Energy  Co., Ltd (hereinafter called ”XDNED”), established in2015, is a joint venture by Sichuan Enrun Investment Co.,Ltd and Sichuan Electric Power Design Co., Ltd and Power Mech-Cpned Services(Hongkong) Holding Co.,Limited with register capital CNY 168Million. XDNED is engaged in renewable energy project development and investment, including wind power farm, solar project and hydropower project. In China, our partners include state-owned enterprises and listed companies, such as Sichuan Energy Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd., Guangxi Guidong Electric Power Corp. Ltd., and Sichuan Electric Power Design Co., Ltd. etc. In abroad, XDNED cooperate deeply with Indian KSK Energy Venture Group, Power Mech Projects Ltd., Chennai Radha Group, MECON Limited, Hydro-magus Pvt. Ltd., Pakistan Aequitas and Romania Monsson Group to develop the oversea renewable energy market, including India, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Turkey and Africa etc. There are 15 projects in total on the fast track, with total installed capacity over 600MW.

XDNED cooperates with King and Wood Mallesons Law Firm, Beijing Weiheng Law Firm, China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet to guarantee oversea projects development with safe and high efficiency. XDNED aims to develop the most efficiency and global class renewable energy projects with the cooperation of the domestic and oversea partners.
